Hi, I’m Nicole McLaughlin the founder of Treasure Society.

If you had told the younger version of me that one day I’d build a brand that celebrates confidence, beauty, and self-expression, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. My journey has been anything but ordinary. I’ve experienced incredible highs, heartbreaking lows, moments where I questioned everything, and moments where I found pieces of myself I never knew existed. Through it all, one thing never changed: my love for creating and making people feel beautiful.

Treasure Society was born from that dream.

For over two years, this brand has lived in my heart. Every product, every color, every collection, every tiny detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create something that feels luxurious without the luxury price tag. I wanted to build the kind of brand that makes you feel like the main character the one that reminds you that confidence isn’t about perfection, it’s about owning exactly who you are.

Whether you’re putting on a pair of lashes before a night out, throwing on your favorite jewelry, grabbing your everyday bag, or adding a little sparkle to your routine, I want Treasure Society to feel like your secret confidence boost.

As a transgender woman, I know what it’s like to fight to become yourself. I know what it feels like to wonder if you’ll ever truly belong. That’s why inclusivity isn’t a marketing word here it’s the foundation of everything we do. Everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and beautiful exactly as they are.

Giving back has always been part of the vision. Through our partnership with Project Rainbow Utah, a portion of every order helps support LGBTQ+ visibility, advocacy, and community initiatives across our home state. Building a business that creates real impact is just as important to me as creating products you’ll love.

Treasure Society is also deeply personal. It’s built on resilience, second chances, late nights, big dreams, and the unwavering support of the people who believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself.
